AKRON Surrounds Kiev with First-Сlass Logistics | Инвестиции
The AKRON Group is growing its presence on the Ukrainian market. The company has recently purchased the Baltic Logistic Park project not far from Kiev. Colliers International Ukraine acted as advisor to AKRON in this transaction 80% of which was financed by Austrian banks. The Baltic Logistics Park (BLP) is an A-class logistics project of 46,000 sq m (including 3,000 sq m of office space).

Hydra Properties Development Company based in the United Arab Emirates announced the construction of an office building just for women. The 20-storey skyscraper, called “Eve’s Tower,” is scheduled to open in Dubai in 2010. The tower will become the first-ever business center in which only women can rent and buy offices.
