Severnoe Domodedovo Logistics Park will host the tobacco of Ligget-Dukat Plant.
OOO Byuro SLiT, dealing with shipping and storage of the tobacco for the leading tobacco producer Ligget-Dukat has leased 12,500 sq. m. at Severnoe Domodedovo Logistics Park for five years.
It is the third lease agreement for the premises of Severnoe Domodedovo signed this month. Marketing Director of Eurasia Logistic, Sergei Vereshchagin commented by saying "Ligget-Dukat is a branch of JTI that already stores its finished goods at Severnoe Domodedovo Park. In addition, it is very convenient transport-wise for Ligget-Dukat as the warehouse is only 15km away from the factory. Another important factor in favor of the decision was the company fire safety requirements for storing tobacco."
The production and logistics complex Severnoe Domodedovo is the largest A class warehouse in the Moscow region with the total area 1.1m sq. m. when completed. The first 560k sq. m. were put in line in 2007 and are now widely used by 20 tenants.
They include STS Logistics, ABX Logistics, SLG, NLK, Technosila, SPAR, Svyaznoi, and Castorama. Besides, a major tobacco packing producer WestvacoEastPrint is leasing the premises for the plant.
The production and logistics complex Severnoe Domodedovo is located in the south 11km away from Moscow Ring Road along M4 highway known as Kashirskoe Shosse and 8km away from Simferopolskoe Shosse. The developer of the project is Eurasia Logistic.
