Avon will become the main tenant of the BC “Fusion park”

New deals
The company Avon has signed the rent contract on 4 861 sq m of office areas in the business centre “Fusion park” for a period of 5 years with the Open Company “Sun House”.
“Fusion park”, the developer of which is the Open Company “Sun House”, is located in the centre of Moscow at Usachyov Street, 2, b. 1
The Business centre corresponds to high international standards of office building and it is equipped by the advanced engineering communications. The rented area of 6-storeyed complex of A class is more than 10 145 sq m. Two-level underground parking for 196 cars is provided for the future tenants.
Alexander Surmenev, the deputy director of the department on work with owners of office premises of Jones Lang LaSalle (the adviser of the transaction): “We are sure that the conclusion of the given transaction in the year’s beginning will be positively reflected in restoration of the market of office real estate”.
