London Consulting & Management Company has involved the retailer of children's goods “Children” as the anchor tenant of the trading-entertaining complex “Kluchevoy” in Moscow.
The supermarket of the goods for children “Children” will occupy the area of 1500 sq m at the third floor of the trading-entertaining complex. Now painting and decorating in the shop comes to the end. The TEC “Kluchevoy” is located at Borisovsk Ponds Street, in the centre of the large sleeping micro district Brateevo which population is about 80 000 people. The trading complex is a three-storied building with an atrium and an underground parking for 114 cars. Besides, the guest land parking for 340 cars is created near the trading complex. The complex’s total area is 26 600 sq m. On the ground floor of the trading-entertaining complex “Kluchevoy” will settle down the supermarket of food “Victoria” (2 715 sq m). The second floor will occupy the trading gallery of democratic brands, among which is the shoe retailer “Mattino footwear” and the net of shops of youth, teenage and children's clothes Gloria Jeans.
