PROEstate 2011: Gazprom refused to sell the land at Okhta 08.09.2011

“We don't plan the direct sale of the land where building of “Okhta-center” was earlier supposed”, – Executive Director of “Social and Business Center “Okhta” Alexander Bobkov said during the press briefing at forum PROEstate 2011.

As he said, the territory on Ohtinsky cape remains attractive to the company and variants of its further use are considered now. “Socially-business complex with trading objects, entertainment and residential functions can be constructed there”, – he has noted. According to Mr. Bobkov, the final decision on this question will be accepted by 2012. It is not excluded that for project’s implementation any developer company will be involved. According to Alexander Bobkov, it is possible to build 250000-300000 sq m of real estate at Gazprom's site at Okhta.
