Grupo Antolin and Multinational Logistics Partnership had signed lease agreement with Arin Commercial Real Estate Services support    02.03.2010
New deals

Grupo Antolin, a leading international auto component producer, and Multinational Logistics Partnership are proud to announce the successful conclusion of a leasing contract in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Using the services of Arin Commercial Real Estate Services, Grupo Antolin will be leasing over 10,000 m2 of warehousing/industrial space in MLP Utkina Zavod’ where they will assemble auto components for local car manufacturers.
“This is a ground breaking deal for Grupo Antolin” said Augusto Urreta, the Territory Manager for the Russian Federation. “Not only were our technical requirements very stringent, but we had a very strict timeline that we had to adhere to. We had a previous facility that unfortunately did not fulfill our needs, and our task was to find a facility in the shortest possible timeline that would not only fit our requirements but also our budget and development plans” said Mr. Urreta.
“Thankfully, using the experts at Arin Commercial Real Estate Services we were able to locate MLP Utkina Zavod’ and to make an agreement that will enable us to serve our growing client base satisfactorily in a modern and comfortable facility with large electrical capacity, increased floor loading and overhead cranes” added Mr. Urreta. “The team at Arin is quite skilled as they have helped other auto component manufacturers in the past. Ironically, for a city as industrialized as St. Petersburg, finding space that fit our specific requirements was quite difficult and took a very detailed search approach. I was very glad that our needs were met by MLP” said Mr. Urreta.

“Our mission is not just to meet customers' needs but to optimize our clients’ distribution and logistics operations. So we look forward for long-term relationships with our client Grupo Antolin and our partner Arin Commercial Real Estate Services” said Michel Pascalis, CEO of Multinational Logistics Partnership.

“We believe that the deal between Grupo Antolin and MLP is an indicator that the industrial market is alive and well here in St. Petersburg. This leasing agreement before the financial crisis would have been a large deal; in today’s market it is simply huge” commented Kyle Patching, Managing Partner of Arin Commercial Real Estate Services.

“Several projects, formerly designed as merely warehouses have been redesigned to light industrial usage, and this grants intelligent and flexible projects like MLP an additional competitive edge” said Mr. Patching. “We wish our partners at Grupo Antolin and MLP many years of highly successful business together and congratulate them on this record deal. The success of our partners is most important to us at Arin as they are the drivers of our own business”.
