“This transaction once again confirms that tendency that actively the beginning to develop in Ekaterinburg in second half of 2009 – mass moving of the companies from the poor-quality warehouses created on the basis of the former industrial enterprises and converted under a warehouse, to modern warehouses. “Russian light” is not the first company that has moved to the warehouse of A class; all companies focused on active development of their business in Sverdlovsk region arrive that way. The warehouse areas of the logistic park “Pyshma” are the most demanded in the market of Ural now. It is connected not only that they are equipped by modern technical systems - safety, fire fighting etc., but also thanks to the fact that “Pyshma” is the unique warehouse object that develops in the format of the logistic park that gives a number of side benefits to its residents”, - Sergey Vereshagin, the sales manager of the company “Eurasia logistic” has commented  the transaction.
