The company “Tarkett” specializing on manufacture and sale of floor coverings has opened the new logistical centre in Novosibirsk in the end of May 2010. The warehouse in PNK-Tolmachevo becomes a key link of distribution in region, in this connection the tenant made special demands to complex characteristics, for example, presence of a considerable quantity of the loading gate, a convenient lay-out, presence of a considerable quantity of parking spaces, etc.

The company Jones Lang LaSalle has was the adviser of the transaction, for its data, it is the largest transaction at the market of the warehouse real estate in Novosibirsk in 2010.The company “Tarkett” is the group of the companies uniting 29 modern industrial centres delivering its production to more than 100 countries worldwide. Now the Group has some industrial platforms in Russia. The largest factory on manufacture of linoleum with the total capacity 115 ml sq m is located in the Samara region, in the city of Otradnoe, and there is a factory on manufacture of a laminate with planned capacity 18 ml sq m in the city of Mytischi.

“PNK-Tolmachevo” is a modern warehouse complex of A class realized by the company PNK Group. It is located in immediate proximity to the line М-51 and the ring highway. The total area of the complex will be about 400 000 sq m, the first phase with the area more than 50 000 sq m is already constructed.
