The fashion-center will be built in the SEC “Gallery Krasnodar” 07.02.2012

The opening of the second phase of the shopping and entertainment center “Gallery Krasnodar” at the intersection of North Street and Red Street is scheduled for IV quarter 2012.

The investment consultant of the project is the management company “TPS Real Estate”. Jones Lang LaSalle developed the commercial concept of the project is the exclusive agent to lease.

The project’s architect is the company Dyer.

The concept of “Gallery Krasnodar” Phase II involves the opening of the Fashion Center, which will include the most powerful and popular fashion-brands - Russian and international.

The tenants of the second phase of the project will be the anchor fashion-operator (2 500 sq. m), mini-anchor fashion-operators. More than 100 stores will be opened in the shopping gallery.

The entertainment part will include food court, cafes and restaurants.

The total area of the SEC “Gallery Krasnodar” after the commissioning of the second phase will be 122000 sq. m, 66000 sq. m of them - leased area.

The parking for 1 400 cars is located on the top floor of the complex.
