The main events at the market of commercial real estate 1-8 March 2010 09.03.2010

Commercial real estate:
• The International net of hypermarkets OBI has opened its first shop in Krasnodar in March.
• The administration of Petersburg and the businesspersons of the liquidated Hasansky market will sign the agreement according to which the dealers will keep the places after commissioning of the new complex.
• Capital authorities have made the decision on prolongation of realization of the investment project on building of the shopping centre “Kursk” till December 31, 2011.
• The shopping centre “MEGA Dybenko” has renewed the work.
• The work of the hypermarket Real that was opened in November of 2009 in Rostov CC “Horizont” is suspended since March 2.
• Swedish retailer IKEA has received the license from the administration of Samara for the building of the shopping centre “Mega-Samara”; the company tries to legalize that license during several years.
• The suppliers of Kaliningrad group “Vester” demand to recognize as bankrupts its affiliated companies in regions.
• Oriflame and Amway specializing on direct sales undertook to master retail shops.

Warehouse real estate:
• The large supplier of electrical engineers “Russian light” rented 12 500 sq m of warehouse of “A” class in the logical park “Pyshma”.
• The Leading international manufacturer of autospare parts Grupo Antolin rented more than 10 000 sq m of the industrial-warehouse areas in the logistic complex “MLP Utkina Zavod” (St. Petersburg).

Office real estate:
• The investment holding “Finam” has bought the office complex in the centre of the capital.
• The world leader in the field of direct sales of cosmetic production company Avon has signed the rent contract with the Open Company “Sun House” for 4 861 sq m of office areas in the business centre “Fusion park” for a period of 5 years.

Hotel real estate:
• The owners of the largest hotel complex in Irkutsk “Angara” intend to expand its number fund, having constructed nearby five-stars hotel with the total area 21 000 sq m.
• The hotel company UMACO of the former vice-mayor of Sochi Alexander Udalov starts two new nets Katerina Inn and Katerina City with more then 3 000 rooms.
• The North Caucasian bank of Sberbank of Russia and the Open Company “Petersburgkurortstroy” entering in the SC “M-industry” have signed the agreement on project realization of “Mountain Sea” in Zheleznovodsk.

Other events:
• The developmental company “Vedis group” has redeemed 8 ha near the metro station “Water stadium” at the company of the deputy of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine Vasily Hmelnitsky for $30 ml.
• The holding DVI managed to achieve debts’ re-structuring for the last year.
• The British agency of elite real estate Chesterton officially declared about the opening of its Russian representation in Moscow.
• Moscow Authorities have cancelled the decision about the building of the multipurpose complex at the territory of former gas plant “Arma”.
