“Central Telegraph” has finished disputes for the property right to the building 23.12.2009

The Open Society “Central Telegraph” has finished all judicial disputes for the property right to the building of the Central telegraph at Tverskaya Street in Moscow.

Prime-TASS transfers that the general director of the Open Society “Central Telegraph” Igor Zabolotny has informed about it.
As he said, the company had definitively confirmed the right to this building as terms of giving of all appeal and appeals on decisions of the courts in its advantage had expired.
So, the Open Society “Central Telegraph” has confirmed the property rights to the premises in this building with the total area about 45 000 sq m. The second proprietor, the company “Unica Invest” has about 5 000 sq m.
As to sale of the building of the Central telegraph, Zabolotny has told that the company is not considered such possibility.
