The source close to the situation in group informed that this week Alpha bank had directed the notice to GC “Don-story” on prescheduled repayment of $138 ml credit as the developer had admitted delay of payments under the loan. “Commersant” reports that according to the source, Alpha bank has in pledge the part of property of “Don-story” and also the personal guarantee of the co-owner and the founder of the group Maxim Blazhko.

The press-service of “Don-story” said that the negotiations with Alpha bank concerning the debts re-structuring are carried now, but the details were not discovered. According to the source, Alpha bank has offered the scheme of re-structuring of the debts of “Don-story” to VTB even in the spring — to the basic creditor of the developer and the owner of 50 % of the Joint-Stock Company “Don-story invest”. “Alpha” has suggested VTB to allocate $110 ml credit to the developer that would be used for the repayment of the debt to Alpha bank. Alpha bank has promised to prolong remained $20-27 ml.

Last week Alpha bank has directed VTB the letter where it concretized the offers on re-structuring of the debt of “Don-story” to “Alpha”.
