Sberbank will finance the residential construction in Irkutsk 16.09.2011

The investments

Baikal bank of Sberbank of Russia decided to finance the construction of two new facilities of LLC “New Land-Oil” in Irkutsk with the total area more than 24000 sq m. The total sum of the credit for both objects will be 380.4 ml rub.

The first project involves the building of the second complex of low-rise residential buildings – the microdistrict “Berezovii” in Leninsk district of Irkutsk. The credit (186.5 ml rub) will be spent on construction of six three-story and three 4-storey block of sections with 252 apartments with the total area 10.400 sq m. The term of delivery of the object is IV quarter of 2011.

The second project involves the construction of the second group of houses of the microdistrict “Jubilee”. 193.9 ml rub will be spent on the construction of four 9-storey block of sections with 156 apartments with the total area 14000 sq m. The term of delivery of the object is IV quarter of 2012.
