“Triumph of Mall” was presented 17.05.2010

The press conference devoted to appearance at the market of Saratov the largest commercial-entertaining centre “Triumph of Mall” took place in “City Hall” on May 13, 2010 in Saratov.

The representatives of the company Jones Lang LaSalle and the architect of the project Tsafrire Ganani arrived specially for the object’s submission. Dmitry Golubinov, the main architect of the project has also participated in the conference.
The CEC “Triumph Mall” is located in Kirovsk area of Saratov at the intersection of Astrakhan Street and Kutiakov Street. The total area of the complex is 59 300 sq m. The infrastructure of the trading-entertaining complex will include the supermarket “Perekrestok”, the hypermarket “M-video”, the hypermarket of the sports goods “Sportmaster”, the first in the city cinema with many halls and trading gallery.

The CEC “Triumph Mall” is also the unique business project for Saratov that confirms the victory in annual regional competition “Investor of year”.
“52 demands were submitted for that competition, and it was a great honour for us to win a nomination “Investor of year in sphere of building and the building industry”. We are proud that our project has obtained such recognition” - Elena Valueva the official representative of Mirland Development Corp. (the project company-developer) commented.
Elena has also named the official opening date of the project. The CEC “Triumph Mall” will open the doors for visitors on June 24, 2010.

The project of the commercial-entertaining complex “Triumph Mall” in Saratov is realized by the Open Company “Investment-hypothecary Company”, belonging to the company Mirland Development Corporation. The architectural concept and design of the complex are developed by the company Pelleg Architects. Saratov Open Company “Art-Dmitry plus” realized the design efforts. The international construction firm Danya Cebus acts in a role of the prime contractor, the project financing is done by “European Bank of Reconstruction and Development”. Jones Lang LaSalle is the exclusive adviser of the project for marketing and leasing. The variety of Saratov organizations is involved in work on the project – in particular, the MC “Navigator” having a wide experience of management of the commercial real estate in region will maintain the complex. The investments into the project are evaluated in $85 ml.
