The Summit of the market of the commercial real estate passed on July 1-2 preceded the event.

More than 300 participants of the market have gathered in the evening in one of the big halls of the hotel “Corinthia Nevsky Palace” to learn the winners in 17 nominations Commercial Real Estate Saint-Petersburg and Federal Awards 2010. The event was opened by the vice-governor of St. Petersburg Igor Mihailovich Metelsky.

The action’s opening was accompanied by 3D translation on screens and in the Internet. Special eyeglasses for viewing of three-dimensional film-announcement were given to the participants of the evening.

The competent jury consisting of the possessing a long-term operational experience and an extensive knowledge in this branch has led selection of nominees on 17 nominations of the Award. 103 projects have been presented to the Organizing committee. As well as every year, the choice of winners of the award passed by the closed personal voting of members of committees of jury after presentation of object on real estate categories.

The Award prize – “Gold bricks” and the diplomas of winners have been distributed as a result of laborious work of the jury as follows:

Let's remind that the Award is spent since 2005. The organizer of the Award is the Publishing House “Impress Media” that publishes the magazines Commercial Real Estate, Property Facility Management, Flooring Magazine, the rating of 100 most influential people of the market of the commercial real estate “CRE-100”, and also is the organizer of “Russian breakfast” at the international building exhibition MIPIM in Cannes.
