The deal
“Dochki&Sinochki”, the retailer of goods for children, will open the first shop in the shopping center “Dryad” in Podolsk, Moscow Region. The long-term agreement of rent premises (1200 sq. m) has been signed by in October, 2011.

Cushman and Wakefield is the exclusive broker of the SC “Dryad”. The company represented the interests of the proprietor within the limits of the transaction.
The shopping center “Dryad” with the total area 15000 sq. m will be opened in March, 2012 at Sverdlov Street in the central part of Podolsk.
Besides the store “Dochki&Sinochki” the shopping center will also include such brands as O'stin and SityObuv.
